Selaginella lepidophylla - "Rose of Jericho"

This plant can survive major drought, and can live up to 250 years. This plant blows with the wind in its dehydrated form, in search of moisture. Once it gets rain, or finds moist soil, it unfurls and begins growing again until drought returns.
