This rare mutation and variegation causes white, lime green, and/or pink edges and markings on the leaves, and a very pronounced curling of the stems and elongation of the leaves, which causes each leaf to be different from one another.
It grows just like any other velvet philodendron, and will grow larger leaves if allowed to climb.
