H. verticillata (formerly identified as H. parasitica) 'Black Margin' is an uncommon variety, with the species being native to India, Southern China, and Western Malesia. It can grow in average home conditions, and can handle lower humidity and dryness. These plants also have small flecks of splash patterning.
